Property Litigation Solicitor
We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE to join a fast-growing and well-regarded team in Exeter. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a broad range of property-related disputes. You will be encouraged to take responsibility from an early stage, develop your technical expertise and build strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor at the early stages of their qualified career who can demonstrate sound commercial judgement, resilience and a practical approach to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Advising on a broad range of property-related disputes.

Assisting with co-ownership and neighbour disputes, including rights of way, adverse possession, harassment and boundary issues.

Handling lease and tenancy disputes.

Advising on commercial rent recovery and enforcement of charges.

Assisting with possession claims and professional negligence claims.

Working on claims involving the rectification of historic title issues.

Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex and varied matters.

Taking increasing responsibility for matters and client communication.

Providing practical, commercially focused advice and working towards effective outcomes for clients.

Building trusted relationships with a broad range of clients and contributing positively to the wider team.
Experience and Skills Sought

A qualified solicitor with 0–2 years’ PQE, preferably with experience in Property Litigation.

Eager to take on significant responsibility from an early stage.

Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Resilient, composed under pressure and commercially minded.

Able to identify practical solutions and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
