We are looking for an experienced Private Wealth lawyer to join a highly regarded Trusts & Estates team as a Knowledge Lawyer. This part-time role is based in Bristol, with occasional travel to Exeter, and could suit a lawyer looking to move into a non-fee-earning position or an established Knowledge or Professional Support Lawyer ready for a new challenge.
You will work closely with the Trusts & Estates and Knowledge Management teams, helping fee earners access current legal developments, technical resources and practical guidance. The team advises individuals, families and business owners on private wealth matters, including succession planning, trusts, estate administration, tax planning and wealth preservation. You will contribute to the quality and consistency of the team’s work by sharing knowledge, delivering training and maintaining resources that support excellent client outcomes.
The Firm
This established law firm takes an accessible, relationship-focused approach to legal work, supporting clients with commercial objectives, family assets, investments and disputes. As Knowledge Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to support the team’s technical development and help fee earners apply current legal and market guidance in their work.
