We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Partner, with an ideal level of 8+ years’ PQE, to help lead and grow a successful real estate practice in Bristol. The ideal candidate will have the confidence to develop new client relationships and build a high-quality client base, as well as the approachability and commercial judgement to deliver a consistently high standard of service. Any existing client following or established relationships would be advantageous.
You will take a leading role in the real estate team, contribute to the continued development of the firm’s offering and nurture strong client relationships. The work is premium, and the firm’s rates reflect the quality of its service. You will have the autonomy to run your team in a way that works for you and your clients, within a collaborative environment where colleagues share work to ensure clients receive the best advice and service.
The Firm
This established UK law firm has a Bristol office and is committed to providing high-quality legal advice and service. Its collaborative culture is built on trust, with no individual billing targets and no expectation that work should be retained when a colleague is better placed to handle it. Partners have real autonomy, and non-billable time is not tracked.
The firm offers modern, high-quality offices designed to provide a consistent experience across its locations. Colleagues are encouraged to spend time in the office and be part of a close, supportive team, while flexibility helps accommodate family life and other commitments. This combination of a client-focused approach, supportive working culture and trust in its people makes the firm an appealing place to lead and develop a practice.
