We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Associate, Senior Associate or Managing Associate level, with approximately 3–8+ years’ PQE. The successful candidate will join an ambitious and growing team, advising a varied client base on complex commercial property matters.
You will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work, telecommunications, asset management and development-related matters. You will lead transactions from inception through to completion, providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice throughout.
This opportunity would suit a technically strong solicitor who is committed to excellent client service, enjoys building trusted relationships and is keen to contribute to business development. You will also support junior lawyers and trainees while collaborating with colleagues across the wider firm.

Responsibilities

Advise on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecommunications and asset management.

Act for a diverse client base, including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants.

Lead transactions from inception through to completion.

Draft and negotiate property agreements supporting strategic development.

Provide practical, commercially focused advice and high-quality legal services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.

Identify opportunities to support clients with their wider legal needs.

Collaborate with colleagues across the Transactional Property Group and wider firm.

Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising activities.

Share knowledge and support the development of junior lawyers and trainees.
Experience and Skills Sought

Qualified solicitor practising in Commercial Property, with [suggestion: approximately 3–8 years’ PQE

Strong technical ability across a broad range of commercial property matters.
