We are looking for an experienced corporate solicitor at Managing Associate or Principal Director level, with ideally 8+ years’ PQE, depending on experience and seniority. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, proactive and confident building trusted client relationships. They will be motivated to develop their own practice, contribute to the continued growth of a progressive team and take ownership of their career, whether by shaping a practice or handling increasingly complex, high-value work. You will advise businesses on investment rounds, strategic growth, group reorganisations and exit transactions. From the outset, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development and networking, with support to build your profile and client relationships. An existing network in the South West would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on investment rounds and related corporate transactions.

Support clients with strategic growth initiatives, including organic growth and buy-and-build strategies.

Advise on group reorganisations and exit transactions.

Manage complex, high-value corporate work, providing commercially focused advice that reflects each client’s business context.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, becoming a trusted adviser to clients.

Contribute to business development from the outset, identifying opportunities to develop client relationships and grow your practice.

Take part in networking activities, with support to build your profile and connections in the market.

Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the corporate team.
Experience and Skills Sought

An experienced solicitor in corporate law, at Managing Associate or Principal Director level; ideally around 8+ years’ PQE, depending on experience and seniority.
