We are looking for a Private Client Lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE, with flexibility to consider more senior candidates. The ideal candidate will have a broad background in private client work and be ready to take the next step in their career, whether that means moving into a Senior Associate-level position or bringing established experience to a close-knit, proactive team. You will work closely with the Head of Department and other fee-earners, handling a varied caseload that includes estate administration, wills, trusts, estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. Some clients have high-net-worth profiles and complex requirements. The team has a steady flow of work and there is scope to build a caseload and contribute promptly. A credible, proactive approach and enjoyment of collaborative working will be important.

The Firm

The team has a strong flow of work and is looking to strengthen its capacity to meet client demand. This could suit someone who wants to develop their career in a proactive environment while avoiding the high-pressure culture sometimes associated with larger, more corporate firms.
