We are looking for a Residential Property Lawyer with ideally 1–5 years’ PQE, although there is flexibility for the right person. The ideal candidate will have experience handling residential conveyancing matters, strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to client care. They will be ready to take on responsibility within a busy, supportive team: managing their own caseload while also supporting more junior colleagues. This is an opportunity to develop with guidance from experienced conveyancers and contribute to a growing practice. The role will cover a broad range of residential property work, primarily freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including matters for investor clients, as well as transfers of equity and remortgages. The successful candidate will also supervise junior team members and contribute to practice development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, providing advice and support to clients throughout the process.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including transactions for investor clients.
  • Deal with transfers of equity and remortgages.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Supervise and support junior members of the team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the residential property practice.

Experience and Skills Sought

  • Experience in residential property law; ideally 1–5 years’ PQE, with flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to client care.
  • Able to manage residential conveyancing matters and support junior colleagues.
  • A collaborative, motivated approach and an interest in contributing to practice development.

Hours and Benefits

  • Monday to Friday = 08:45 – 17:00
