We are looking for a Workplace/Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of a professional workplace in Exeter. This role would suit someone with experience in workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, events or customer service who enjoys creating a welcoming, safe and well-organised environment for clients, visitors and colleagues.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and service-focused, with the confidence to take ownership of tasks and manage competing priorities. A flexible approach is important, as occasional adjustments to working hours may be needed to support events, planned maintenance or other workplace requirements.
